What does team building mean?

In Feel Spain we know very well what this term means and we are happy to share it with you.

Team building is an activity or service that companies hire in order to strengthen relationships between departments and colleagues.

Normally, Team Building is related to those activities that are carried out specifically to build a team.

We will be able to build a team with a participatory activity designed to suit the client’s needs and in a specific space and place, which is why it is usually held as an event. These events usually take place in spaces far from everyday life, in a different environment, to allow the worker to release tension and thus interact in a relaxed way with their colleagues.

During Team Building events, the protagonists of the event are the participants themselves and, at the end of the event, once they have passed the tests, they will applaud themselves.
